Hi, I'm Julie!

A woman with brown, wavy hair and blue eyes smiling, wearing a purple blazer, black top, gold hoop earrings, and a gold necklace with a turquoise pendant, standing against a plain light background.

Early in my coaching journey, I noticed something in almost every person I talked with, myself included. We make decisions based on the season we're currently in, without ever asking what the season behind taught us, or what the season ahead might need from us.

I work with people in the middle of life's biggest transitions: graduating high school or college, looking for or starting a new job, getting laid off, making a career pivot, getting married, navigating divorce, becoming a parent, becoming an empty nester, retiring. Each one of these is more than a date on a calendar, it's a doorway.

My approach is warm, honest, and rooted in deep listening. I'm not here to hand you a 5-step plan. I'm here to walk beside you while you uncover the next right step, in a way that's true to who you've been and who you're becoming.

I’m a mom of 2, wife, and lover of most animals (except snakes and mosquitoes). Outside of work, you’ll often find me in the gym weightlifting or at home snuggling with my 2 dogs. And if your dog or cat comes into my view on the screen, you can be guaranteed that I will pause to say hi and get to know your furry friend.

What I Believe

  • Every season has something to teach, even the hard ones

  • You already know more than you think. Coaching surfaces it.

  • Slow is not the enemy of progress. It’s often the path to it.

  • You don’t have to do this alone.
